As I worked with many ADT dealerships across the company, eventually we partnered with Decca Solar, a solar solutions company based out of Dallas, TX. Still as an ADT sales rep at the time, my strategy would be to sell either the ADT alarm system first, then transition the same customer into a solar customer for the Decca side of the company within the same deal, and vice versa.

Sales Representative:

  • Experienced-based selling with direct sales

  • Use builder software to create mockups and custom packages for solar system solutions

  • Worked with different sales software and CRMs to manage and lead customers through the sales process

  • Used data and research to prioritize outreach strategies and to perform sales forecasting
